These sophisticated, keepsake brochure materials were created to promote Bear Mountain's exclusive English Manor Townhomes — The Falls. Duotone photography was used to set the tone, add warmth and establish a mood. Printing techniques such as embossing, letterpress and engraving treatments, as well as carefully selected stock, custom bindery and a custom-designed, branded sleeve allowed us to achieve a special sense of style and distinction.
